Abstract

Мета дослідження – з’ясувати та конкретизувати особливості стратегічного управління фінансовою складовою системи економічної безпеки національної економіки. Серед основних результатів дослідження – успішне розширення зусиль авторів фундаментальних основ науки менеджменту в площині фінансової безпеки. Конкретизовано елементи механізму управління фінансовою складовою системи економічної безпеки національної економіки. З’ясовано фінансові інтереси держави як об’єкта стратегічного та оперативного управління фінансовою безпекою. Розглянуто особливості оперативно-стратегічного управління фінансовою складовою системи економічної безпеки національної економіки. Основним висновком є: відсутність єдиного розуміння концепції фінансової безпеки національної економіки, відсутність формування тезаурусу безпекових досліджень процесів формування, функціонування та управління фінансовою складовою економічної безпеки національної економіки. економіки, призводять до необхідності розробки теоретико-методологічних та науково-методологічних підходів до вирішення проблеми категорійних рівнів та забезпечення стану фінансової безпеки держави через механізм управління системою її забезпечення. The purpose of the research is to find out and concretisized the features of strategic management of the financial component of the economic security system of the national economy. Among the principal results of the study is successful expansion efforts by the authors of fundamental foundations of management science in financial security plane. Elements of the mechanism for managing the financial component of the economic security system of the national economy are concritisized. The financial interests of the state as an object of strategic and operational management of financial security are found out. Features of operational and strategic management of the financial component of the economic security system of the national economy are discussed. The major conclusion is: the lack of a common understanding of the concept of financial security of the national economy, the lack of formation of thesaurus of security studies for the processes of formation, operation and management of the financial component of economic security of the national economy, lead to the need to develop theoretical and methodological and scientificmethodological approaches to solving the problem of category levels and maintenance of the state of financial security of the state through the mechanism of management of the system of its provision.
