Ресурсна безпека сільськогосподарського землекористування

Abstract

У зв’язку з незадовільним екологічним станом українського сільськогосподарського землекористування, зокрема порушенням балансу між виносом із ґрунту оброблюваними сільськогосподарськими культурами поживних речовин і їх компенсаційним внесенням, метою статті є аналіз сучасного стану виробництва органічних добрив і обґрунтування реальних напрямів його збільшення. Використовуючи індукцію, історичний, статистичний, логічний, порівняльний метод досліджень, автори обґрунтовують основні стратегічні напрями вирішення цієї проблеми: використання органічних відходів свійського тваринництва та птахівництва, вирощування сидеральних культур, заорювання поживних рештків рослинництва, насамперед соломи, збільшення добування торфу і відповідне приготування торфокомпостів, добування озерного сапропелю, розвиток вермикультури. Наголошується: необхідною умовою досягнення ресурсної безпеки сільськогосподарського землекористування є зміна ставлення землекористувачів до проведення землеохоронних робіт, впровадження високої екологічної культури землекористування. The population of the Earth receives food, mainly through fertile land cultivation. Thus, protection of agricultural land is an extremely important issue for mankind today. Land management should be a guarantee of resource security in agricultural land use. The aim of the article is to analyze organic fertilizers production and to show its real increase resulting from violation of the balance between the depletion of nutrients in soil due to the cultivated agricultural crops and their compensatory application. The article analyzes the current state of resource security in agricultural production using induction, historical, statistical, logical, and comparative research methods. The authors concluded that its condition is extremely threatening due to constant decrease in the amount of humus in cultivated areas. Compensatory application of organic fertilizers, which is the main way to restore humus, has drastically decreased: in 1990, 257.1 million tons of organic matter were applied by agricultural enterprises on arable lands, and in 2019 the fgure was only 10.4 million tons. The article substantiates possible directions of achieving a suffcient level of resource security in agricultural land use both now and in the strategic perspective. In particular, according to the authors, these are: the use of traditional production of organic fertilizers (it is proven that the waste of domestic animals and poultry is not used enough for this purpose); the fastest and most comprehensive mass transition to highly effcient greening and biologization of agricultural land use through the use of green manure crops (natural and climatic conditions of Ukraine allow to grow most of them), crop waste and nutrient residues (primarily straw, a ton of which replaces 3 tons of organic fertilizers); resumption of extraction of Ukrainian peat (the reserves of which can be measured in billions), preparation of peat composts on its basis; extraction and use of sapropel reserves; wider introduction of vermiculture (compost obtained from its application is several times lighter and more effective than traditional organic fertilizers). The authors emphasize that high level of environmental culture constitutes a prerequisite for the implementation of the above measures. Environmental requirements for land use must be prioritized, and the environmental imperative must be implemented in practice.
