Abstract

Узагальнені та систематизовані наукові знання про соціальні конфлікти. Відповідно до позиції систематичного підходу, описана історія розвитку та теоретичні та прикладні основи вітчизняної конфліктології, описано універсальний концептуальний опис опису конфліктів. Розглядаються методологія, методи та методи вивчення соціальних конфліктів, їх спеціальності в різних сферах взаємодії, умови та методи управління конструктивними конфліктами, стратегія та тактика їх вирішення. Для студентів, науково-педагогічних працівників вищих навчальних закладів Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, працівників органів та підрозділів внутрішніх справ усіх, хто цікавиться проблемою попередження та врегулювання внутрішніх конфліктів та соціальних конфліктів.
