Управління кадровою безпекою підприємства: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи «Теоретичні та методологічні аспекти управління кадровою безпекою підприємства» досліджено ступінь та зміст кадрової безпеки підприємства, ідентифіковано кадрові ризики та загрози кадровій безпеці, досліджено механізми управління кадровою безпекою. У другому розділі «Аналіз системи кадрової безпеки ПП «Моребіс LV» проведено загальну характеристику підприємства, проведено оцінку ключових факторів успіху підприємства в конкурентному середовищі, проаналізовано рівень кадрової безпеки підприємства. У третьому розділі «Удосконалення системи кадрової безпеки ПП «Моребіс LV» визначено ефективну стратегію кадрової безпеки підприємства та запропоновано впровадження сучасних інформаційних систем та моделей управління безпекою персоналом. На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції. In the first section of the qualification work "Theoretical and methodological aspects of personnel security management of the enterprise" the degree and content of personnel security of the enterprise is investigated, personnel risks and threats to personnel security are identified, mechanisms of personnel security management are investigated. In the second section «Analysis of the personnel security system of PE « Morebis LV» the general characteristics of the enterprise are carried out, the key factors of success of the enterprise in the competitive environment are estimated, the level of personnel security of the enterprise is analyzed. The third section «Improvement of the personnel security system of PE «Morebis LV» defines an effective strategy of personnel security of the enterprise and proposes the introduction of modern information systems and models of personnel safety management. On the basis of elaboration of theoretical and practical materials the corresponding conclusions are made and concrete offers are substantiated.
