Роль дисфункційних схем особистості у професійному становленні психолога: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У роботі проаналізовано наявні теоретичні підходи до осмислення проблематики ролі дисфункційних схем у житті особистості та професійного становлення психолога. Eмпірично досліджено особливості прояву дисфункційних схем та специфіку професійного становлення психологів, визначено наявність залежності між дисфункційними схемами особистості та її професійним становленням в якості психолога. За допомогою кореляційного аналізу було підтверджено гіпотезу про зв’язок дисфункційних схем особистості з типами професійного становлення психолога, а саме – успішний тип професійного становлення негативно корелює високими показниками прояву дисфункційних схем особистості і навпаки. The paper analyzes the existing theoretical approaches to understanding the role of dysfunctional schemes in the life of the individual and the professional development of the psychologist. The peculiarities of the manifestation of dysfunctional schemes and the specifics of the professional development of psychologists were empirically studied, the existence of a relationship between dysfunctional schemes of the individual and his professional development as a psychologist was determined. The role of dysfunctional personality schemes in the professional development of a psychologist has been empirically studied. Correlation analysis confirmed the hypothesis of the connection of dysfunctional personality schemes with the types of professional development of psychologists, namely – a successful type of professional development is negatively correlated with high rates of dysfunctional personality schemes and vice versa.
