Характеристика основних елементів сутності економічної безпеки

Abstract

Метою статті є характеристика основних аспектів сутності економічної безпеки. Проблеми дослідження ключових аспектів сутності економічної безпеки, було увагою багатьох вчених, попри це, питання визначення і дослідження нових поглядів щодо сутності економічної безпеки досі залишається актуальним. Це і обумовило вибір тематики. Доведено важливість дослідження сутнісних характеристик економічної безпеки і її місця в системі в умовах глобалізації. Визначено, що сьогодні, стабільний розвиток людської цивілізації нерозривно пов'язаний з потребою у забезпеченні безпеки як на рівні всієї держави, так і на рівні окремого індивіда. Проведено історичний аналіз розвитку поняття безпеки. Визначено, що поняття «безпека» слід трактувати як стан захищеності від реальних та потенційних небезпек, загроз та ризиків, а також як стан, при якому в повній мірі забезпечується можливість вільного існування та розвитку. Встановлено, що поняття «економічна безпека» слід трактувати як стан економічної системи, при якому вона здатна до розвитку та має ресурси та можливості протидіяти існуючим та потенційним ризикам, загрозам та небезпекам. За результатами проведеного дослідження, визначено, що економічна політика чинить в значній мірі опосередкований вплив на економічну безпеку. Слід звернути увагу, що загроза економічному зростанню може виникнути з різних зовнішніх і внутрішніх джерел. Економічна безпека країни має ієрархічну (особистість, держава, суспільство) та багатокомпонентну структуру. Охарактеризовано, що економічна безпека досягається за рахунок створення системи, в якій бізнес і політика віддалені один від одного, що дозволяє бізнесу керуватися економічним співтовариством, максимізуючи свій прибуток. Економічна безпека - важлива складова безпеки країни. Таке сприйняття підвищує важливість безпеки на всіх рівнях, особливо в сфері економіки, підкреслюючи ризики та невизначеність. Саме тому актуальним в подальшому буде приділити увагу детальному дослідженню усіх аспектів і характеризації кожного елемента економічної безпеки. A historical analysis of the development of the concept of security is carried out. It has been determined that the concept of "security" should be considered as a state of protection from real and potential dangers, threats and risks, as well as a state in which the possibility of free existence and development is fully ensured. It has been established that the concept of "economic security" should be considered as the state of the economic system in which it is capable of development and has the resources and capabilities to counteract existing and potential risks, threats and dangers. Based on the results of the study, it was determined that economic policy has a largely indirect impact on economic security. It should be noted that the threat to economic growth may arise from various external and internal sources. The economic security of the country has a hierarchical (individual, government, society) and multicomponent structure. It is characterized that economic security is achieved by creating a system in which business and politics are removed from each other, which allows business to be guided by the economic community, maximizing its profit. Economic security is an important component of a country's security. This perception raises the importance of security at all levels, especially in the economic sphere, highlighting risks and uncertainties. Therefore, it will be relevant in the future to pay attention to a detailed study of all aspects and characterization of each element of economic security.
