Abstract

На підставі чинного законодавства окреслено: поняття та систему нотаріального процесуального права; нотаріальні процесуальні правовідносини; суб’єкти нотаріального процесуального права, загальні засади здійснення нотаріальної діяльності та нотаріального провадження; нотаріальний процес щодо посвідчення безспірних фактів та безспірних прав; нотаріальні провадження щодо надання документам виконавчої сили та охоронні нотаріальні провадження, а також особливості провадження нотаріального процесу посвідчення окремих видів нотаріальних правочинів нотаріусами України. У виданні викладено теоретичні і практичні аспекти нотаріальної діяльності. Для здобувачів, наукових працівників, юристів-практиків. On the basis of current legislation, the textbook covers: the concept and system of notarial procedural law; notarial procedural legal relations; subjects of notarial procedural law, general principles of notarial activity and notarial proceedings; notarial process regarding certification of indisputable facts and indisputable rights; notarial proceedings regarding the granting of executive power to documents and protective notarial proceedings, as well as the peculiarities of the notarial process of certification of certain types of notarial acts by notaries of Ukraine.
