Становлення та розвиток правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності в Україні: монографія

Abstract

Проаналізовано стан і методологію дослідження формування та розвитку правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності в Україні. Розглянуто генезис нотаріальної діяльності в Давній Європі, а також у Римській та Візантійській імперіях. Виявлено передумови та простежено еволюцію правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності на різних етапах становлення Української держави. Досліджено значення інституту нотаріату в правовій системі незалежної України та сформульовано пропозиції щодо його вдосконалення. Для науковців, практичних працівників нотаріальної сфери, аспірантів і студентів юридичних вишів і всіх, хто цікавиться окресленою тематикою. The state and methodology of investigating the formation and development of legal regulation of notarial activities in Ukraine are analyzed. The genesis of notarial activities in Ancient Europe, as well as in the Roman and Byzantine Empires is considered. The preconditions are revealed and the evolution of legal regulation of notarial activities at different stages of the formation of the Ukrainian State is traced. The importance of the institution of notariate in the legal system of independent Ukraine is studied and proposals concerning its improvement are formulated. The monograph is of use for scientists, practitioners of the notarial sector, postgraduates and law students, and anyone interested in the same topics.
