Abstract

Досліджено та проаналізовано теоретичні та методичні аспекти удосконалення процесу управління персоналом, вивчено специфіку роботи ТзДВ «Страхова компанія «Гардіан», особливості управління персоналом в страхових компаніях в сучасних умовах ведення бізнесу, проанаізовано можливості використання методу Servqual у тестуванні якості обслуговування клієнтів послуг із страхування та розролено рекомендації щодо організації процесу забезпечення інформацйної безпеки СК «Гардіан» як показника якості процесу управління персоналом. На основі опрацювання теоретичного та практичного матеріалів зроблені відповідні висновки та внесені конкретні пропозиції. The theoretical and methodological aspects of the improvement of the personnel management process were studied and analyzed, the specifics of the work of the Guardian Insurance Company, the peculiarities of personnel management in insurance companies in modern business conditions were studied, the possibilities of using the Servqual method in testing the quality of customer service for insurance services were analyzed and developed recommendations on the organization of the process of ensuring information security of SC "Guardian" as an indicator of the quality of the personnel management process. Based on the processing of theoretical and practical materials, appropriate conclusions were made and specific proposals were made.
