Девіантна поведінка людини, її причини та шляхи попередження

Abstract

У статті розглянуто основні проблеми девіантної поведінки людини в сучасному українському середовищі. Інтерес до проблеми девіантних виявів людини та їх профілактики нині все більше зростає, оскільки девіантна поведінка людей набула впродовж останніх десятиліть значного поширення, що спонукало вчених до активних пошуків ефективних шляхів її попередження та усунення, а владні структури – до оновлення законодавчих актів і розроблення довготривалих програм, дотичних до змісту девіацій. Окресливши межі соціологічної інтерпретації девіантної поведінки, можемо сказати, що девіантна поведінка – це поведінка індивіда чи групи, що не відповідає загальноприйнятим нормам, у результаті чого ці норми порушуються. Вивчено історичні й сучасні наукові погляди на природу відхиленої поведінки, зокрема її детермінацію (причини, мотиви, чинники), закономірності формування, механізми функціонування. Визначено такі групи факторів, які спричиняють відхилену поведінку особистості, як зовнішні умови фізичного середовища, зовнішні соціальні умови, внутрішні спадково-біологічні та конституційні передумови, внутрішньо особистісні причини й механізми девіантної поведінки. Проаналізовано основні чинники девіацій задля виявлення причин, які впливають на формування й виникнення девіантної поведінки людей, адже науковий інтерес до проблеми девіантних проявів серед людей та їх профілактики зростає в Україні дедалі більше. The article deals with the main problems of human deviant behavior in the modern Ukrainian environment. The interest in the problem of human deviant manifestations and their prevention is increasing today, as the deviant behavior of humans has become widespread over the last decades, prompting scientists to actively seek effective ways of preventing and eliminating it, and the power structures to update legislation and develop long-term programs, concerning the content of deviations. Having outlined the limits of the sociological interpretation of deviant behavior, we can say that deviant behavior is the behavior of an individual or group that does not conform to generally accepted norms, which results in these rules being violated. The historical and modern scientifc views on the nature of deviant behavior are studied: its determination (reasons, motives, and factors), patterns of formation, and mechanisms of functioning. The following groups of factors are determined which lead to deviant behavior of the individual: external conditions of the physical environment, external social conditions, internal hereditary and biological and constitutional conditions, internal personal reasons and mechanisms of deviant behavior. The reasons for deviant behavior are sought by sociologists in different directions: in the imperfection of human nature and various vices of people; in their biological and psychological characteristics; in social conditions of life. Therefore, the causes of deviant behavior can be reduced to three types of explanations: biological, psychological and sociological. Each member of a society must know what behavior he can expect from his surrounding people, the behavior of which other members of society expect from him, to which social norms must be socialized children.
