Конкурентоспроможність промислових підприємств та їх адаптивність до викликів у процесі управління змінами під впливом індустрії 4.0.

Abstract

Метою статті є дослідження особливостей конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств України та їх адаптивності до сучасних викликів в системі управління змінами в умовах впливу Індустрії 4.0. Стаття включає в себе ряд методів, які формують методологію дослідження. Для характеристики особливостей конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств України та їх адаптивності до сучасних викликів в системі управління змінами в умовах впливу Індустрії 4.0, було застосовано методи індукції та дедукції, порівняння і систематизації; методи синтезу і аналізу; методи морфологічного аналізу; абстрактно-логічний метод для теоретичних узагальнень і висновків дослідження. В результаті проведеного дослідження, було визначено стан конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств України та виділено основні виклики, які стоять перед системою управління змінами в умовах Індустрії 4.0. Competitiveness is a complex system that provides for a number of measures and indicators that characterize the activities of any enterprise, including the industrial sector. In modern conditions of dynamic development and implementation of all economic processes, as well as the transformation of geopolitical conditions in the context of the manifestation of the influence of Industry 4.0 on industrial enterprises, a signifcant role is given to the change management system. Challenges for an industrial enterprise always exist throughout its entire life cycle. It should be noted that today, analyzing the pre-war state of Ukraine's economic security and the ability of its industrial sector to achieve the conditions for the development of Industry 4.0, it is difcult to talk about any success if there are a signifcant number of obstacles, negative factors and threats that prevent this from happening. A full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine is no longer some kind of challenge, negative factor or threat, it is a real danger that stopped the development of the Ukrainian economy for Industry 4.0, but even before it, our country had enough problems for this process. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the competitiveness of industrial enterprises and their adaptability to modern challenges in the change management system under the influence of Industry 4.0. The article includes a number of methods that form the research methodology. To characterize the features of the competitiveness of Ukrainian industrial enterprises and their adaptability to modern challenges in the change management system under the influence of Industry 4.0, the methods of induction and deduction, comparison and systematization were applied; methods of synthesis and analysis; methods of morphological analysis; abstract-logical method for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study As a result of the study, the state of competitiveness of Ukrainian industrial enterprises was determined and the main challenges facing the change management system in the conditions of Industry 4.0 were identifed.
