| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено філософсько-правовому дослідженню основних напрямів актуалізації гуманістичних цінностей у ході кримінального провадження, регламентованого кримінальним процесуальним законодавством 2012 року. Звернуто увагу на важливість осмислення концептуально-методологічних гуманістичних засад формування системи кримінального судочинства. The article is devoted to the philosophical and legal study of the main directions of actualization of humanistic values during criminal proceedings regulated by the criminal procedural legislation of 2012. Attention is drawn to the importance of understanding the conceptual and methodological humanistic foundations of the formation of the criminal justice system. |
