Інститут суду присяжних у правовій системі України: проблеми теорії та практики

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дескрипції теоретичного та практичного аспектів впровадження інституту присяжних у систему кримінального судочинства, визначено його значення для функціонування механізму захисту прав, свобод та законних інтересів людини і громадянина; з'ясовано негативні чинники, які можуть впливати на ефективність здійснення правосуддя судом присяжних. The article is devoted to the description of the theoretical and practical aspects of the introduction of the jury institute into the system of criminal justice, its importance for the functioning of the mechanism for the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen is determined; the negative factors that can affect the effectiveness of the administration of justice by the jury court have been clarified.
