| Abstract: | На основі комплексного аналізу проблем відмежування фальшивомонетництва від шахрайства проаналізовано ознаки складів злочинів, передбачених ст.ст. 199 і 190 КК України; виокремлено окремі заходи щодо запобігання їм. On the basis of complex analysis of problems of forger from the swindle, the signs of compositions of the crimes foreseen to the item 199 and item 190 of КК Ukraine are analysed, separate measures are selected, in relation to prevention to them. |
