Організаційно-педагогічні засади правового виховання старшокласників у виховній роботі загальноосвітньої школи (друга половина ХХ століття)

Abstract

У статті виокремлено основні етапи планування правовиховної роботи (підготовчий, основний, координувальний, підсумковий) та обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови здійснення правового виховання старшокласників у роботі загальноосвітньої школи другої половини ХХ століття. Визначено такі основні організаційно-педагогічні умови, як: системність, комплексність, забезпечення можливостей для формування активної громадської позиції, вироблення позитивного емоційного ставлення до правоохоронної діяльності, систематичний аналіз і оцінка проведених старшокласниками заходів. The main stages of legal and educational work planning such as preparatory, basic, coordinating and summarizing, realization of which was a so-called gradual factor of performing legal and educational work in secondary school are singled out as well as organizational and pedagogical conditions of carrying out legal education of senior students in the work of secondary school in the second half of the twentieth century are grounded. The main pedagogical conditions such as consistency, comprehensiveness, providing opportunities for forming active social position, development of positive and emotional attitude to law enforcement activity, systematic analysis and evaluation of activities conducted by senior students of secondary school are determined. A great attention is paid to different levels of developing the main components of senior students’ legal behavior as well as their active position allowing them to understand their rights and duties and study legal norms.
