Біпатризм в контексті міграційної політики України та зарубіжних країн

Abstract

У статті розглянуто поняття міграційної політики та біпатризму (подвійного громадянства). Окреслено сучасні міграційні ситуації в світі, на Європейському континенті та в Україні. Розглянуто чинники та наслідки міжнародної міграції, її значення для розвитку та безпеки. Досліджено надбання спільної міграційної політики Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано окремі теоретичні аспекти формування державної міграційної політики як в Україні, так і в зарубіжних країнах, зокрема, щодо пошуку та обґрунтування можливостей врегулювання проблем, пов’язаних з інститутом біпатризму. Окрему увагу приділено загальним перспективам та подальшому удосконаленню міграційної політики України. The article discusses the concept of migration policy and bipatrism (dual citizenship). The current migration situations in the world, on the European continent and in Ukraine are defined. The factors and consequences of international migration, its importance for development and security are considered. The property of the common migration policy of the European Union is investigated. Some theoretical aspects of the formation of state migration policy both in Ukraine and in foreign countries, in particular, with regard to the search and justification of the possibilities of resolving problems associated with the institution of bipatrism are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the general prospects and further improvement of the migration policy of Ukraine.
