Abstract

У дисертації комплексно досліджено адміністративно-правові засади діяльності органів внутрішніх справ у боротьбі з рейдерством. Розглянуто сутність, особливості роботи органів внутрішніх справ та суб’єктів боротьби з рейдерством у сфері корпоративних відносин. Застосовано системний підхід до вивчення тактики дій сил і засобів органів внутрішніх справ, форм, методів взаємодії з підрозділами Служби безпеки. Здійснено аналіз профілактичної діяльність органів внутрішніх справ у боротьбі з рейдерством як комплексу спеціальних заходів, засобів і способів. Сформульовано пропозиції та рекомендації щодо удосконалення адміністративно-правових засад діяльності органів внутрішніх справ у боротьбі з рейдерством. In the thesis a comprehensive study of administrative and legal bases of activity of the bodies of internal affairs in the fight against raiding was conducted. The essence, features of the work of internal affairs bodies and other actors of anti-raiding activity in the area of corporate relationships was examined. A systematic approach to the studying of tactical actions of militia’s forces and facilities, forms and methods of interaction with subdivisions of the security service was applied. The analysis of preventive activities of internal affairs bodies in the fight against raiding as a set of special measures, means and methods was held. Suggestions and recommendations on improving of administrative and legal bases of activity of the bodies of internal affairs in the fight against corporate raids were formed.
