Abstract

У першому розділі з'ясовано дефініцію поняття «управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства», методологія аналізу управління конкурентоспроможністю фермерських господарств та світовий досвід управління механізмом конкурентоспроможності аграрного підприємства. У другому розділі проаналізовано управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства ФГ «Дідушицьке» та запропоновано інструменти її підвищення. На основі опрацювання теоретичних та практичних матеріалів зроблено відповідні висновки та обґрунтовано конкретні пропозиції. In the first chapter, the definition of the concept of «management of the competitiveness of the enterprise», the methodology of the analysis of the management of the competitiveness of farms and the world experience of the management of the mechanisms of the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprise are clarified. In the second chapter, the management of the competitiveness of the Didushytske FG enterprise was analyzed and tools for its improvement were proposed. Based on the processing of theoretical and practical materials, appropriate conclusions were drawn and concrete proposals were substantiated.
