Управління поведінкою підприємства: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент»

Abstract

У першому розділі проведено теоретичне дослідження управління поведінкою персоналу в ринкових умовах, його сутності, значення; звертається увага на те, що управління поведінкою персоналу є найважливішою складовою менеджменту підприємства; досліджено організацію системи управління поведінкою персоналу та оцінку її ефективності. У другому розділі проведено аналіз економічної діяльності ТзОВ «БІШ КОМПАНІ» та аналіз управління поведінкою персоналу в організації; запропоновано шляхи покращення управління поведінкою персоналу та сучасні інструменти впливу на покращення поведінки персоналу ТзОВ «БІШ КОМПАНІ». In the first chapter, a theoretical study of the management of personnel behavior in market conditions, its essence and meaning is carried out; attention is drawn to the fact that management of personnel behavior is the most important component of enterprise management; the organization of the personnel behavior management system and the assessment of its effectiveness were investigated. In the second section, an analysis of the economic activity of LLP "BISH COMPANY" and an analysis of the management of personnel behavior in the organization were carried out; ways of improving the management of personnel behavior and modern tools of influence on improving the behavior of personnel of BISH COMPANY LLC are proposed.
