| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються такі проблемні питання, як вплив слідчих помилок на прийняття слідчим рішень у ході розслідування кримінальної справи та кінцевих рішень зокрема. Наведено погляди низки науковців щодо самого розуміння слідчих помилок, їх класифікації. The article deals with such problem questions as the influence of investigators’ mistakes on making decisions by investigator during criminal case investigation and final decisions in particular. Thoughts of several scientists, concerning understanding of investigators’ mistakes and their classification are given. |
