Розвиток виробництва молока та ринку молочних продуктів в Карпатському регіоні України: автореферат

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено розв’язанню теоретичних, методологічних та прикладних проблем підвищення ефективності виробництва молока та формування і функціонування ринку молочних продуктів в конкретно взятому Карпатському регіоні, специфічні особливості якого формують певні підходи щодо вирішення відміченої проблеми. В роботі проведено аналіз галузі молочного скотарства та особливостей функціонувіання ринку молока і молочної продукції в регіоні і державі в цілому, відмічено загальні закономірності та тенденції, їх узгодженість з ситуацією в країнах-члена Європейського Союзу та можливості адаптації вітчизняних реалій до вимог і преференцій Спільноти щодо розглядуваної проблеми. Розглянуто основні засади концепції розвитку молочного скотарства з врахуванням існуючої ситуації в галузі потреби її реструктуризації та адаптації до світових,зокрема європейських тенденцій, особливі підходи щодо формування перспективних параметрів розвитку галузі, можливості і напрями регулювання ринку молока та підвищення конкурентноздатності вітчизняної продукції. Thesis is devoted to the isolution of some theoretical, methodological and practikal problems of raising of effbiciency of milk production and the formation and functioning of the market of milk products in the Karpathian Region which is really very specific in the formation of certain solution of the mentioned problem. The analysis of the field of dairy catlle was conducted in the scientific dissertation. The auther studied the problem of the peculiarities of the functioning of the milk and milk production market in the region and in the uholestate. Jeneral low-gaerened naferes and tendencies aere marked. Heir couditioning by the siheation in countries – members of EU and possibilities of adaptation of national realities to the tasks and preferences of the Community coucerning sturlied problem. Main points of the problem of the development of dairy catlle were observed having noted existing situeations in the field of regnirements of its restructure and adaptation to the world or European tendency, special ways of formation of perspective parameters, possibility and directions of the regulation of the milk market and increasing of the competivnss of home production.
