Вплив емоційного інтелекту на професійне самовизначення: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи дослідження впливу емоційного інтелекту на професійне самовизначення, а саме: визначено сутність поняття емоційного інтелекту з точки зору психології, проаналізовано сутність та особливості професійного самовизначення; охарактеризовано взаємозв’язок емоційного інтелекту і професійного самовизначення. Проведено дослідження впливу емоційного інтелекту на професійне самовизначення студентів-психологів, зокрема, опис вибору психодіагностичного інструментарію дослідження; аналіз основних отриманих результатів; представлено результати статистичного опрацювання за допомогою кореляційного та порівняльного аналізів. За результатами дослідження представлена тренінгова програма розвитку емоційного інтелекту. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations of the study of the impact of emotional intelligence on professional self-determination, namely: the essence of the concept of emotional intelligence from the point of view of psychology is determined, the essence and features of professional self-determination are analyzed; the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional self-determination is characterized. A study of the influence of emotional intelligence on the professional selfdetermination of psychology students was conducted, namely: a description of the choice of psychodiagnostic research tools; analysis of the main results obtained; the results of statistical processing with the help of correlation and comparative analyzes are presented. Based on the results of the study, a training program for the development of emotional intelligence is presented.
