| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано поняття моралі, співвідношення моралі і права. Здійснено спробу виокремити прояви імперативу моралі в інтуїтивній культурі юриста та дати їм детальну характеристику у природно-правовому просторі. The article analyzes the concept of morality, the relationship between morality and law. An attempt was made to single out the manifestations of the moral imperative in the intuitive culture of a lawyer and to give them a detailed description in the natural-legal space. |
