Мотиваційна складова особистості здобувача вищої освіти денної форми навчання: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Дипломна робота містить дослідження мотивації особистості здобувача вищої освіти. Встановлено, що мотивацію є поведінкова, інтелектуальна чи емоційна активність особи щодо певного аспекту і існування, що може мати внутрішню чи/та зовнішню причини ініціації. Мотивація може відображати в особи її досвід, переживання дійсності та уявлення про майбутнє. Навчальна мотивація як явище можливе через зовнішні стимули та внутрішні ініціації. Навчальна мотивація у здобувачів вищої освіти має зовнішню презентацію (демонстрація спроб та активності) та внутрішню реальність (інтеріоризація цікавого, корисного для перспективи, важливого для себе чи ще когось, чогось). Емпіричний етап дослідження мотиваційної складової особистості здобувача виявив, що на початках навчання більше є бажання пізнати через навчання майбутню професію, зробити суспільство кращим та певний зміст має престиж. З часом ці мотиви знижуються, а на перші позиції виходить професійний мотив. Старші курси все більше набувають теоретичних знань, звикають до статусу та більш прагматично дивляться на свою можливу роль у покращенні соціального середовища. Також, здобувачі з мотивом «отримання диплому» орієнтовані більше на престиж, а сама по собі мотивація в професії їх не особливо характеризує. Здобувачі з мотивацією зовнішнього змісту не є схильними до формування мотивів внутрішньої спрямованості. The diploma work contains a study of the motivation of the individual seeking higher education. It has been established that motivation is a person's behavioral, intellectual or emotional activity regarding a ceitain aspect of his existence, which may have internal and/or external reasons for initiation. Motivation can reflect a person's experience, experience of reality and vision of the future. Educational motivation as a phenomenon is possible through external incentives and internal initiations. Academic motivation of students of higher education has an external presentation (demonstration of attempts and activity and an internal reality (internalization of something interesting, useful for the perspective, important for Oneself or someone else, something). The empirical stage of the study of the motivational component of the acquirer's personality revealed that at the beginning of education there is more of a desire to earn about the future profession through education, to make society better, and a certain content has prestige. Over time, these motives decrease, and the professional motive takes the first place. Seniors acquire more and more theoretical knowledge, get used to their status and look more pragmatically at their possible role in improving the social environment. Also, applicants with the motive of "getting a diploma" are more focused on prestige, and the motivation in the profession itself does not particularly characterize them. Acquirers with the motivation of external content are not prone to the formation of motives of internal orientation.
