Legal aspects of the formation, development and use of human capital in financial activities (Web of Science)

Abstract

Основною метою написання наукової статті є визначення основних правових аспектів формування, розвитку та використання людського капіталу у фінансовій діяльності. Предметом дослідження є людський капітал. Для вирішення поставлених завдань використовуються діалектичний, системний, логічний та історичний методи наукового пізнання, які гарантують концептуальну єдність роботи. Людський капітал є специфічним ресурсом, оскільки його власник є ресурсом та, водночас, кінцевим напрямом соціально-економічного розвитку. Крім того, активізація пізнавального потенціалу особистості в умовах, які диктує сучасність, є найпотужнішим фактором підвищення ефективності фінансової діяльності. За результатами дослідження охарактеризовано ключові аспекти формування, розвитку та використання людського капіталу у фінансовій діяльності. Зроблено висновок про необхідність більшої кількості досліджень, присвячених аналізу основних проблем практичного застосування сучасних методів розвитку людського капіталу у фінансовій діяльності соціально-економічної системи, як умови можливості багатовимірного забезпечення сталого розвитку. The main objective of the study was to determine the main legal aspects of the formation, development and use of human capital in fnancial activities. The subject of the research is human capital. Dialectical, systemic, logical and historical methods of scientifc knowledge, which guarantee the conceptual unity of the work, are used to solve the tasks set. Human capital is a specifc resource, since whoever possesses it is both an input and a fnal vector of socio-economic development. Moreover, the activation of an individual’s cognitive potential in the conditions dictated by modernity is the most powerful factor for increasing the efciency of fnancial activity. Based on the results of the study, the key aspects of formation, development and utilization of human capital in fnancial activities were characterized. It is concluded that more research should be devoted to the analysis of the main problems of practical application of modern methods of human capital development in fnancial activities of the socio-economic system, as a condition of possibility for multidimensional support of sustainable development.
