Фінансова розвідка як складова фінансової безпеки держави: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «магістр» за спеціальністю 072 «Фінанси, банківська справа та страхування»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному дослідженню ролі фінансової розвідки в забезпеченні фінансової безпеки держави. В ній визначено сутність таких понять, як "фінансова безпека" та "фінансова розвідка", проаналізовано функції та завдання національного підрозділу фінансової розвідки України та розглянуто нормативно-правову базу, яка регулює забезпечення фінансової безпеки та функціонування фінансової розвідки. Проведено оцінку результативності діяльності системи фінансового моніторингу України. Розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення цієї системи з метою підвищення її результативності та гарантування фінансової безпеки країни. The qualification work is dedicated to the theoretical study of the role of financial intelligence in ensuring the financial security of the state. It defines the essence of such concepts as "financial security" and "financial intelligence," analyzes the functions and tasks of the national unit of financial intelligence in Ukraine, and examines the regulatory framework regulating the provision of financial security and the functioning of financial intelligence. An assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of Ukraine's financial monitoring system has been conducted. Recommendations have been developed to improve this system with the aim of enhancing its effectiveness and ensuring the financial security of the country.
