| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено питанням удосконалення інституту митного оформлення у контексті адаптації національного законодавства до вимог Європейського Союзу. Аналізуються положення Митного кодексу України, інших нормативно-правових актів щодо митного оформлення і його складових, внутрішнього митного транзиту, тимчасового митного зберігання з позиції митного та інформаційного права. The article is dedicated to improving the institute of customs clearance in the context of adapting national legislation to the European Union. Analyzed the Customs Code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts on customs clearance and its components, internal customs transit, temporary customs storage position information law and customs. |
