| Abstract: | Викладено міркування, що стосуються визначення такого базового для кримінального права поняття, як основний склад злочину. Досліджено загальне поняття цього правового феномена, його співвідношення із поняттям «злочин», застосовано функціональний підхід до визначення поняття основного складу злочину. The article presents the author's reflections on the definition of such important criminal law concept as the basic corpus delicti. The author researches the general concept of this legal phenomenon and its relation to the concept of crime. A functional approach in defining the concept of the basic corpus delicti is used. |
