Abstract

Дослідження присвячене аналізу та оцінці функціонування правової освіти під час збройного конфлікту в Україні, зокрема в умовах широкомасштабного збройного вторгнення російської федерації на територію України та терору російської федерації проти цивільного населення України. Автори виокремлюють ключові чинники, що відображають соціальне призначення юридичної освіти в цих умовах, та розкривають їх зміст (зокрема, з урахуванням позитивного досвіду Львівського державного університету внутрішніх справ). У контексті реформування юридичної освіти додатково доведено неможливість позиціонування слідчого та дізнавача як осіб, які не потребують юридичної освіти. Детально розглянуто питання використання дистанційного навчання в умовах пандемії та безпекових викликів, виокремлено позитивні та негативні ознаки дистанційного навчання. У дослідженні використано діалектичний, герменевтичний, догматичний, функціональний та системний методи. The study is devoted to the analyses and evaluation of the functioning of legal education during the armed conflict in Ukraine including the conditions of the large-scale armed invasion of Russian federation on the territory of Ukraine and the terror of the russion federation against the civilian population of Ukraine. The authors single out the key factors that reflect the social purpose of the legal education in these conditions and reveal their content (in particular, considering the positive experience of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs). In the context of reforming legal education, the authors additionally proved the impossibility of positioning the investigator and enquirer as persons who do not need a legal education. The question of the use of distance learning in the conditions of pandemic and security challenges is considered in detail, positive and negative signs of distance learning are highlighted. The dialectical, hermeneutic, dogmatic, functional and systematic methods are used in the research.
