| Abstract: | Досліджено такий логічний прийом створення кримінально-правових понять, як аналіз. На прикладі понять «службова особа» та «арбітражний керуючий» запропоновано правила тлумачення і кваліфікації, а також зміни до КК України. In this article the logical method of creating criminal law concepts such as analysis. On an example of the concepts of «official» and «trustee in bankruptcy» proposed rules for the interpretation and qualification, as well as changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine. |
