Права і свободи громадян у контексті застосування органами державної влади адміністративного примусу

Abstract

У статті проводиться дослідження забезпечення прав, свобод та законних інтересів людини та громадянина органами державної влади. Досліджується рівень оновлення змісту адміністративно-правового статусу людини, доцільність застосування адміністративного примусу, дотримання правового забезпечення реалізації прав і свобод громадян у взаємовідносинах з органами влади. The article examines the provision of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen by state authorities. The level of updating the content of the administrative-legal status of a person, the expediency of applying administrative coercion, compliance with the legal guarantee of the realization of the rights and freedoms of citizens in relations with the authorities is studied.
