Правове регулювання запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству

Abstract

Дана стаття присвячена комплексному дослідженню правових засад запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству із позиції євроінтеграційного напряму України та взятих на себе зобов'язань щодо імплементації Стамбульської конвенції. Досліджено проблему правового регулювання запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству в сучасному суспільстві, проаналізовано міжнародні та національні нормативноправові акти, спрямовані на запобігання цьому негативному явищу та захист постраждалих від домашнього насильства. Розглянуто основні принципи та механізми дії цих законодавчих актів, а також їх ефективність у боротьбі з домашнім насильством. Зроблено висновки про можливість подальшого вдосконалення правового поля в цій сфері для забезпечення належного захисту прав людини та протидії насильству в сімейному середовищі. This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal basis for preventing and combating domestic violence from the perspective of Ukraine's European integration direction and the commitments made regarding the implementation of the Istanbul Convention. The problem of legal regulation of prevention and countermeasures against domestic violence in modern society has been studied, international and national legal acts aimed at preventing this negative phenomenon and protecting victims of domestic violence have been analyzed. The main principles and mechanisms of action of these legislative acts, as well as their effectiveness in the fight against domestic violence, are considered.
