Філософські проблеми правового виховання молоді (на прикладі закладів освіти МВС України): дисертація

Abstract

У дисертації розглядаються й теоретично обґрунтовуються основні аспекти актуальної філософсько-правової наукової проблеми, пов’язаної із правовим вихованням молоді, зокрема курсантів закладів освіти МВС України. Одержано низку важливих наукових і практичних результатів, спрямованих на удосконалення правового виховання молоді на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства. Здійснено філософсько-правове осмислення суті правового виховання людини на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства через всебічне теоретичне узагальнення й інтегрування результатів досліджень у царині суміжних наук, внаслідок чого виявлено найбільш ефективні підходи до вирішення проблеми виховання молоді. Розширено й поглиблено філософсько-правове міждисциплінарне пізнання правосвідомості. Розкрито діалектичний міждисциплінарний взаємозв’язок підходів, принципів, змісту, форм, методів і засобів правового впливу на курсантів закладів освіти МВС України з метою формування у них правомірної поведінки. Дисертація має теоретичне і практичне значення для організації та здійснення правового виховання молоді, в тому числі й курсантів закладів освіти МВС України, а також є певним внеском у розвиток науки філософії права. The actual philosophycal-legal scientific problem of the legal education of the youth, including cadets of the educational institutions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, is solved in the dissertation. A succession of important scientific and practical results, which contains solution of a scientific problem of the improvement of legal education of the youth on the modern stage of development of our society is received. Philosophycal-legal motivation of the person’s upbringing in the modern stage of development of our society is fulfilled through the thorough theoretical comprehension and integration of the results of the scientific research and in consequence of that the effective methods of solving the problem of legal education of the youth are elaborated. Interdisciplinary philosophycal-legal cognition of legal consciousness is broadened and deepened. Dialectical interdisciplinary correlation of approaches, principles, substance, forms, methods and meansof legal influence on the cadets of the educational institutions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is revealed with the purpose of foundation of their legitimate conduct. Dissertation has theoretical and practical significance for organization and realization of the legal education of the youth, including the cadets of the educational institutions in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as well is a certain contribution to the development of the philosophy of law science.
