Проблема державотворення в друкованих мас-медіа Івано-Франківської області: дисертація

Abstract

Дисертація є дослідженням основних аспектів втілення проблем державотворення друкованими мас-медіа Івано-Франківської області. За результатами контент-аналізу 481 публікації 24 обласних та районних газет періоду 2006 – 2010 років виявлено ключові змістові характеристики публікацій щодо втілення контенту державотворення як однієї із основних тематичних категорій преси Івано-Франківської області. Дано загальну характеристику обласної та районної преси Івано-Франківської області в контексті державотворення та визначено соціально-комунікаційні особливості відтворення державотворчих аспектів різними типами преси ІваноФранківщини. Окремо визначено основні ознаки замовності у публікаціях державотворчої проблематики. Окреслено наукову перспективу аналізу функціональних характеристик відтворення певних проблем на рівні місцевої преси. The research is a study of the main aspects of the state formation problems by printed mass-media of Ivano-Frankivsk region. According to the results of content analysis 481 of the publications of 24 regional and district newspapers in the period 2006 – 2010 years key characteristics of the publications to the content of state formation as one of the basic thematic press categories of Ivano-Frankivsk region are found out. The general characteristic of regional and district press of Ivano-Frankivsk region in the context of state formation is given, social and communication peculiarities of recreation the state forming aspects by different types of IvanoFrankivsk press are defined. Key features in the publications of state forming problems which are made to order are separately defined. The scientific prospects of the analysis of functional characteristics of recreation of specific problems on a level with the local press is outlined. The majority of Ivano-Frankivsk periodical publications, which are submitted in the context of state forming are devoted to the past or to the solving of the pressing problems of the present time and only a small proportion of materials is turned at the future. The focus on past is not only a characteristic feature of Ivano-Frankivsk authors, but it is an indispensable part of Ukrainian state forming opinion. It is mentioned that the state forming opinion which is submitted in the analyzed newspapers is out of date, inert and rather sluggish, mass-media does not raise this problem at the appropriate level. In analyzed publications the processes of state formation are considered as isolated in time and space, the concept of state formation is not adapted to the realities. The authors develop the theme mechanically, repeating slogans of the 90th when the state forming opinion was developed to a miracle actively and a brilliant group of outstanding figures, politologists, philosophers was working at the state forming issues. Very often state forming and in particular political discourse is raised by means of presenting which is essentially the political advertising. Actually, there are very few independent journalistic materials, devoted to this subject, but there are the majority of publications which are to order. State forming thematic is a very creative ground for the image articles of political parties and their leaders. However, it cannot be said that the authors of the publications stop only on negative moments, a large amount of texts is devoted to positive features of national mentality that give reasons to hope for quick prosperity of our nation. This is an industry and giftedness in different spheres: beginning with science, art and finishing with sport, this is a heroism and adamantine aspiration for liberty, a willingness to protect our motherland and a faith to the bitter end, to fight for its convictions. Genre pallet of the publications concerning the problems of state forming is various enough. The main file contains the materials of analytical, artistic and publicistic styles, but the most extended genres in Ivano-Frankivsk press are the information genres. Article and mail are the most popular genres which are used by authors reporting to the problems of state forming. In general, the combination of the elements of different genres in order to reveal the theme completely is the characteristic of the majority presenting. The scientific prospects of the analysis of periodicals, connected with further studying of scientific problem, initiated by this research is defined. It is considered that the most perspective tendencies of study are: separation and content and audience analysis of the concrete thematic or problematic block or groups of thematic or problematic blocks. In our opinion, the comparative studios of the content presenting of similar thematic direction in regional and general Ukrainian printed mass-media might be interesting.
