У навчальному посібнику проводиться комплексний аналіз теоретичних, методологічних і практичних проблем в галузі правового і організаційного регулювання правоохоронної діяльності. На основі досягнень правової науки, сучасного законодавства та практики його застосування розкриваються теоретико-методологічні та правові особливості формування державної політики у сфері правоохоронної діяльності в умовах реформування державного управління в контексті асоціації України до Європейського Союзу. The manual provides a comprehensive analysis of theoretical, methodological and practical problems in the field of legal and organizational regulation of law enforcement activities. On the basis of the achievements of the legal science, modern legislation and practice of its application, the theoretical, methodological and legal features of the formation of the state policy in the field of law enforcement activity in the conditions of reforming the state administration in the context of the association of Ukraine to the European Union are revealed.
