Розвиток креативності для формування професійної компетентності психолога: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Робота містить ґрунтовний теоретичний аналіз вивчення креативності як психосоціального феномена, висвітлено аналіз особливостей розвитку креативної компетентності особистості в сучасній психології та професійного становлення майбутнього психолога. За допомогою психодіагностичних методик проведено емпіричне дослідження креативності як умови розвитку професійної компетентності психолога, яке дало можливість визначити, що серед основних можна виділити важливість створення оптимальних умов навчання, взаємодії з іншими, надається особливе значення стосунку у взаємодії із викладачами, які теж причетні до розвитку креативності майбутніх психологів. The work contains a thorough theoretical analysis of the study of creativity as a psychosocial phenomenon, the analysis of the features of the development of the creative competence of an individual in modern psychology and the professional formation of a future psychologist is highlighted. With the help of psychodiagnostic methods, an empirical study of creativity as a condition for the development of the professional competence of a psychologist was carried out, which made it possible to determine that among the main ones, the importance of creating optimal learning conditions, interaction with others can be highlighted, special importance is attached to the relationship in interaction with teachers, who are also involved in the development of creativity future psychologists.
