| Abstract: | У статті на основі аналізу нормативно-правових актів та юридичної літератури розглядаються еколого-правові аспекти державної реєстрації земельних ділянок та прав на них. Особлива увага приділяється питанням державної реєстрації обтяжень речових прав на земельні ділянки. In the article on the basis of analysis of legal regulatory acts and law literature the ecological-legal aspects of state registration of lot lands and rights are examined on them. The special attention is spared to the questions of state registration of burdens of material rights on lot lands. |
