| Abstract: | На основі аналізу земельного законодавства та законодавства про прокуратуру досліджені питання процесуальної дієздатності прокурора на звернення з позовом про захист земельних інтересів держави. Зроблено висновок про визначальне значення державного інтересу для участі прокурора у судовому процесі. On the basis of analysis of land legislation and legislation about the public prosecutor investigational questions of judicial capability of public prosecutor on lawsuit about defence of the landed state interests. Conclusion about the important value of state interest is basic for participation of public prosecutor in a trial. |
