| Abstract: | Дослідження є науково-практичним коментарем до статті 59 Конституції України. Розтлумачено положення Конституції України: кожен має право на професійну правничу допомогу. У випадках, передбачених законом, ця допомога надається безоплатно. Кожен є вільним у виборі захисника своїх прав. The research is a scientific and practical commentary on Article 59 of the Constitution of Ukraine. The article explains the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine: everyone has the right to professional legal aid. In cases provided for by law, this assistance is provided free of charge. Everyone is free to choose a defender of their rights. |
