| Abstract: | Висвітлено поняття психічного здоров’я, його складових. Розкрито вплив дистресу та еустресу на психічне здоров’я. Описано один з ефективних механізмів подолання стресу, як копінг-поведінка. The concept of mental health and its components are highlighted. The impact of distress and eustress on mental health is revealed. One of the effective mechanisms for overcoming stress is described as coping behavior. |
