Гарантії професійної діяльності поліцейських

Abstract

Проаналізовано та узагальнено досвід організації діяльності поліції зарубіжних країн в аспекті визначення гарантій професійної діяльності. Визначено, що в сучасних умовах швидкого розвитку інтеграційних процесів у світі та значного зближення країн у різних сферах суспільного життя виникає потреба в удосконаленні вітчизняної системи гарантій професійної діяльності поліцейських, що дасть змогу наблизити органи внутрішніх справ України до міжнародних та європейських стандартів. The issue of guarantees of professional activity of police officers of the National Police of Ukraine has been researched. The experience of organizing the activity of foreign countries police in the aspect of determining the guarantees of professional activity has been analyzed and summarized. It has been noted that the police is an important state institution that ensures public order and legitimacy, without which it is impossible to make any social changes, and performs other important tasks stipulated by the law. It has been determined that there is a need to improve the national system of guarantees of professional activity of police officers in today’s conditions of rapid development of integration processes in the world and significant convergence of countries in various spheres of social life, which will enable Internal Affairs Agencies of Ukraine to bring international and European standards closer. It has been stressed that the gradual transition of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine to the European standards requires the definition of the basic guarantees of professional activity of police officers in the context of reforming law enforcement agencies in accordance with the requirements of the present day in order to ensure the protection of human rights and freedoms, the fight against crime, maintenance of public safety and order.
