Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу результатів дослідно-експериментальної роботи з формування готовності до охорони і забезпечення громадського порядку у майбутніх офіцерів МВС. This article analyzes the results of the experimental work on the formation of readiness for health and public order in the future officers of the Interior Ministry. Established that the willingness to maintain public order – a comprehensive education that includes motivational, cognitive, active and reflective spheres future officers of MIA and manifested in the ability to define a personal educational content and features of future performance are based on a solid theoretical, practical and psychological preparation, menus and improved in the course of professional service and functions of health and public order. Willing to maintain public order consists of motivation (interest and personal motivation of the profession of law enforcement officers desire and need for self-development), cognitive (the system of general and specialized knowledge, erudition), activity (practical readiness for professional action, use acquired professional experience) and reflective (formation of voluntary professional skills, self-examination and correction of their actions) components. Improve the efficiency of formation of readiness to maintain public order may be due to the introduction of training pedagogical conditions, including: strengthening and development of motivation in learning activities; vocational orientation component of practical training of future officers in the university; optimization of content, forms and methods of formation of professional skills; use student-centered approach in teaching special subjects. Their system implementation in the educational process will not only improve the process of becoming a future specialist of internal affairs while studying at the university, but will find effective ways to overcome the contradictions in the process. A model of readiness for the protection of public order, which consists of a conceptual framework (statement of purpose provides educational activities, objectives, principles and functions of the basic laws of professional activity); meaningful procedural block (pedagogical conditions of readiness to maintain public order, stages of a comprehensive program, methodological support); effective diagnostic unit (criteria, indicators and levels of readiness, evaluation and adjustment of events).
