Abstract

Подано дефініції, джерела, схеми, таблиці, персоналії з навчальної дисципліни «Основи права Європейського Союзу та Ради Європи», яку вивчають в Україні у закладах вищої освіти. Особливу увагу приділено з’ясуванню витоків та еволюції права, інституційним органам і компетенції ЄС та Ради Європи, правовій базі регулювання співробітництва України з ЄС та Радою Європи.
