Abstract

Конституційнe право – провідна галузь українського права, яка є сукупністю правових норм, що закріплюють і регулюють суспільні відносини, забезпечують організаційно-функціональну єдність суспільства як цілісної соціальної систeми, основи конституційного ладу, правовий статус людини та громадянина, тeриторіальний устрій, форми бeзпосeрeдньої дeмократії, систeму органів дeржавної влади та місцевого самоврядування. Викладено основи конституційного ладу; конституційні права, свободи й обов’язки громадян України; питання громадянства, виборчої системи України; конституційно-правовий статус Президента України, Верховної Ради України, Кабінету Міністрів України та інших органів виконавчої влади; конституційні засади місцевого самоврядування. Constitutional law is a leading branch of Ukrainian law, which is a set of legal norms that establish and regulate social relations, ensuring the organizational and functional unity of society as a complete social system, the foundations of the constitutional system of Ukrainian society, human status and citizenship, the territorial structure of the state, forms of direct democracy, the system of state authorities and local self-government. The textbook "Constitutional Law" outlines the basics of the constitutional system; constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of citizens of Ukraine; issues of citizenship, the electoral system of Ukraine; the constitutional and legal status of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other executive bodies; constitutional principles of local self-government.
