Особливості діяльності Національної поліції в умовах війни

Abstract

У тезах говорилось про те, що війна не залишає без змін функціонування жодної державної інституції. Особливо це стосується органів та установ сектору безпеки і оборони України. Під час воєнного стану поліцейський має право застосовувати заходи примусу до осіб, які беруть участь у збройній агресії проти України без урахування вимог (обмежень) і заборон, передбачених Законом України «Про Національну поліцію». Тепер поліція забезпечує збирання, накопичення інформації (в тому числі мультимедійної) та біометричних даних (відцифрований образ обличчя особи, відцифровані відбитки пальців рук, дактилокартки). У воєнний час поліцейським гарантується безоплатне медичне забезпечення в закладах охорони здоров’я будь-якої форми власності. Реалізація зазначених доповнень потребує значних фізичних і моральних зусиль з боку працівників поліції, які переживають значні часові та функціональні перевантаження. Значною мірою успішність виконання завдань визначають суто психологічні чинники: зібраність, мужність, здатність працівників подолати фізичну втому, працювати в умовах постійної небезпеки (під обстрілами, у бойових умовах) тощо. During martial law, a police officer has the right to apply coercive measures to persons participating in armed aggression against Ukraine without taking into account the requirements (restrictions) and prohibitions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the National Police". Now the police ensure the collection and accumulation of information (including multimedia) and biometric data (digitized facial image of a person, digitized fingerprints, fingerprint cards). In wartime, police officers are guaranteed free medical care in health care institutions of any form of ownership. The implementation of the above-mentioned additions requires significant physical and moral efforts from police officers, who experience significant time and functional overload. To a large extent, the success of task performance is determined by purely psychological factors: concentration, courage, the ability of workers to overcome physical fatigue, work in conditions of constant danger (under shelling, in combat conditions), etc.
