Склад і повноваження тендерного комітету

Abstract

В статті говориться про мету створення тендерного комітету, його склад, повноваження. У процесі роботи тендерний комітет забезпечує реалізацію таких функцій: планування закупівель, складання та затвердження річного плану закупівель; здійснення вибору процедури закупівлі та її проведення; забезпечення рівних умов для всіх учасників, об’єктивний та чесний вибір переможця; забезпечення складання, затвердження та зберігання відповідних документів з питань публічних закупівель, визначених Законом; забезпечення оприлюднення інформації та звіту щодо публічних закупівель відповідно до Закону; надання роз’яснення особам, які виявили намір взяти участь у процедурі закупівель, щодо змісту тендерної документації в разі отримання відповідних запитів; здійснення інших дій, передбачених Законом. The article discusses the purpose of creating a tender committee, its composition, and powers. In the process of its work, the tender committee ensures the implementation of the following functions: planning procurement, drawing up and approving the annual procurement plan; choosing the procurement procedure and its implementation; ensuring equal conditions for all participants, objective and fair selection of the winner; ensuring the preparation, approval and storage of relevant documents on public procurement issues specified by the Law; ensuring the publication of information and a report on public procurement in accordance with the Law; providing clarification to persons who have expressed their intention to participate in the procurement procedure regarding the content of the tender documentation in the event of receiving relevant requests; performing other actions stipulated by the Law.
