Співпраця Національної поліції України з населенням в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

У статті говориться про те, що органи безпеки та оборони України здійснюють багатофункціональну діяльність від імені держави, місце і роль якої в механізмі забезпечення режиму воєнного стану полягає в реалізації національних інтересів (забезпечення конституційних прав і свобод громадян, участь у забезпеченні соціальної стабільності суспільства та протидії воєнним загрозам. Взаємодія Національної поліції України та громадськості відбувається з урахуванням потреб місцевої громади та окремих груп її населення; підрозділи Національної поліції доносять до громадськості інформацію про оперативний стан безпеки та правопорядку на підвідомчій території. The article states that the security and defense bodies of Ukraine carry out multifunctional activities on behalf of the state, the place and role of which in the mechanism of ensuring the martial law regime is to implement national interests (ensuring the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, participation in ensuring the social stability of society and countering military threats. The interaction of the National Police of Ukraine and the public takes place taking into account the needs of the local community and individual groups of its population; National Police units provide the public with information about the operational state of security and law and order in the territory under their jurisdiction.
