Abstract

Висвітлено теоретичні аспекти управління якістю, зокрема зв’язок між якістю та конкурентоспроможністю. Розкрито принципи досягнення високих показників. Розглянуто досвід управління якістю в Україні та за кордоном, а також сучасні виклики у сфері стандартизації та сертифікації. Викладено методику оцінювання економічної ефективності заходів, спрямованих на поліпшення якості, та процедури проведення аудиту і системи преміювання.
