Соціально-психологічна адаптація вимушених переселенців в Україні

Abstract

Розглянуто основні проблеми соціально-психологічної адаптації вимушених переселенців в Україні; розроблено теоретичний концепт психологічної адаптації до іншого соціокультурного середовища; емпіричним шляхом вивчено стадії та структуру, співвідношення психологічної адаптації / дезадаптації й особливостей міжгрупового сприйняття мігрантів і місцевого населення, а також виявлено компенсаторні механізми, що зумовлюють успішність психологічної адаптації до іншого соціокультурного середовища. The article deals with the main problems of social-psychological adaptation of forced migrants in Ukraine. Crimean annexation and events in the East of Ukraine led to the displacement of a significant number of citizens. The issue of tolerance in society and the adaptation of internally displaced persons remains pressing in the country. The research was conducted among students-migrants from the East and South of Ukraine in the form of a group test diagnostics of a wide range of individual features using eight methods: the methodology for diagnosing the level of ethnic self-awareness development (ECS) V. Khotynets; the methodology «psychosemantic analysis of character stereotypes» by D. Pibodi in adaptation of A. Shmelev; the multilevel personal questionnaire «Adaptability» (MLO-AM) A. Maklakov, S. Chermianin, «Value orientations» techniques of M. Rokich in the adaptation of A. Hoshtautas, N. Semenov and V. Yadov; the questionnaire for measuring basic cultural values (S. Schwartz in the adaptation of N. Lebedeva); «I-questionnaire» (L. Dorfman, M. Riabikova, I. Holdberg, A. Bykova); the methods of diagnosing the properties of the nervous system Ya. Streliau; the questionnaire of the temperament structure (OST) V. M. Rusalov. According to the results of the study, it is possible to speak about the full-fledged entry of students from both Donetsk and Luhansk regions into Lviv urbanized student environment. Moreover, for migrant students from Donetsk region, entering into a different environment is characterized not as a merger, but as an establishment of a certain distance – the distance of preserving oneself, its identity and the distance of tolerance towards the Lviv student environment. These results correlate with other data on the active preservance of regional (cultural) values by the Eastern Ukrainian regions and on some duality in the self-determination of the students of Donetsk region: the desire to merge with the Ukrainian ethnos and, at the same time, to separate from it. That is, migrant students from Donetsk region are «outside» and, at the same time, «inside» the student community.
