Вплив навколишнього середовища на формування лідерських якостей людини: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі формування лідерських якостей здобувачів вищої освіти у студентському середовищі. Особливе місце досліджувана проблема займає серед студентів, які прагнуть розвивати власні лідерські здібності. Лідерські якості сприяють професійному й особистісному розвитку здобувачів вищої освіти, підвищують їхні шанси на успішну кар’єру, отримання престижної роботи й досягнення цілей. Вони також допомагають будувати ефективні взаємини з оточенням, зокрема з колегами, друзями та родиною. Досліджено сутність понять «лідер» та «лідерські якості» у науковій літературі. Проаналізовано наукові праці із питань детермінації формування лідерських якостей. Визначено психологічні особливості формування лідерських якостей в студентському середовищі. Емпірично досліджено психологічні особливості прояву лідерства серед студентів. Виявлено відмінності та тенденції у формуванні цих якостей. Розроблено рекомендації для сприяння формуванню лідерських якостей студентської молоді. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of the formation of leadership qualities of higher education students in the student environment. The problem under study occupies a special place among students who seek to develop their own leadership abilities. Leadership qualities contribute to the professional and personal development of higher education students, increase their chances of a successful career, obtaining a prestigious job and achieving goals. They also help to build effective relationships with the environment, in particular with colleagues, friends and family. The essence of the concepts of "leader" and "leadership qualities" in the scientific literature is studied. Scientific works on the determination of the formation of leadership qualities are analyzed. The psychological features of the formation of leadership qualities in the student environment are determined. The psychological features of the manifestation of leadership among students are empirically studied. Differences and trends in the formation of these qualities are identified. Recommendations have been developed to promote the formation of leadership qualities in student youth.
